Please follow the instructions from your testing site on how to get your test results.

Pharmacies, local testing sites, physician's offices, hospitals, and other testing sites operate independently from the State. Neither the Department of Health, the 2-1-1 call center, nor the COVID-19 questions hotline are able to inform patients of their test results.

Some testing sites have arranged to work with laboratories to create patient portals that allow people who have been tested to look up their results online (BioReference, LabCorp, Quest). The testing site where you got tested will inform you if this is an option for their site. All testing sites are required to give the result to the facility or physician that ordered your test.

With the current high volume of tests, patients with positive tests will receive priority notification so that they can begin treatment, self-quarantine or other measures as instructed by their healthcare provider.
