Per CDC Order, masks are required on planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling into, within, or out of the United States and in U.S. transportation hubs such as airports and stations. Travelers are not required to wear a mask in outdoor areas of a conveyance.
Employees and riders who refuse to wear a face covering may be declined entry, except when doing so would violate State or federal law, employer internal operational guidelines, and provided the employer complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination where applicable.
