Are parks open? Are campgrounds open? Are community gardens open?

State parks and forests are open.

To save lives and stop the spread of COVID-19, wear a mask and social distance if you are not vaccinated, wash your hands, and stay home if you are sick.

There is no capacity limit for outdoor gatherings.

Swimming

Swimming areas are open at State parks, forests, and recreation areas for the summer 2021 season.

Campgrounds

Private residential campgrounds may open. Unvaccinated individuals are encouraged to wear face coverings and social distance.

Campgrounds in State Parks and Forests are open.

Reservations are currently being accepted for family tent and trailer campsites, group campsites, primitive campsites, RV sites, cabins, shelters, lean-tos, and wilderness campsites.

Community Gardens

Community gardens may reopen.
